nope, and since only the eyes were sourced, and the rest of the model bears no real likeness, theres no grounds for likeness rights to be enforced. if i were to try and make "Kate Benckinsale" as a model, then i would be in trouble, but im not, i just wanted her eyes

Needs some realism-pimping on the clothes.. They look really flat as they are now.. Head is looking a-ok though.. But try to add some alphamapping to add a tad more realism..
