Level up attributive system

I was thinking about making, a 3d game type mode, more for those people who like to recieve tittles, or such. I was thinking that a 3d game type could be with lvling attributes so at lvl 1 you unlock beam, lvl 5 kamehameha etc, and at lvl 20 perhaps you can become super saiyan 1, and so on.

Could you go into more detail about your idea? How precisely would this be fun, how would some of the systems your proposing work, etc?

if this idea is for esf then no it's not going to happen since, iirc this type of idea has been shot down before.
