I have this LCD monitor its new. When ever i play esf if i turn or do whatever it gets all blurry. is there anyway i can fix this?

is the monitor has a low refresh rate, then i'm afraid no.
Check if it happens in other games (preferably fps games)

well my monitor is running at 85 hrz
and my fps in esf with vsync on is of course 60 and with it off its 99. i have tested my fps because this is a new computer. in the nth server with 12 people i still get the same fps. nothing changes. but i dont know how to tell if my monitor has a low refresh rate. at least i dont think.
I also have a CRT monitor, when i played in esf_cell_night (1.1 map) i got 80 fps (with my old computer) and i saw things clear and fine. So I'm wondering if its the fact that its an LCD monitor. I was recomended this monitor for gaming. (that a-hole

but i dont want to switch back to the crt monitor cuz i got this LCD one for christmas (early x-mas present)

Edit nvm i called compusa and told me lcd monitors arent designed for games like this, and have low refresh rates. so chances are ill trade it in for another monitor
