Umm, I'm trying to figure out what you did first.

Looks like you took a stock photo, added a filter that made it look like an oil painting. Then drew the speed limit sign yourself, which looks out of place.

The car also looks out of place and the perspective is awkward in relation to the rest of the picture.

Well its v2 looks a bit better, but does there really need to be a speed limit sign at all? Because it seems that your having trouble getting it in there smoothly. Also, what exactly did you do?

Looks like a filter to me.Maybe a couple of them and left the car withought one.
