I haven't been modelling a whole lot as some people can probably tell. My last model was around 3 months ago, and before that, it was probably 7 months ago. So ya, I'm brushing up on poly flow, and skinning, since I was never good at those two areas to begin with. Then I'll probably go into rigging(something I was also never good at to begin with).

here's a lesson in how you can fight like me


When you're trying to kick the guy in front of you, always kick to the side first to make him think, "wtf is this guy blind?"


Then follow up with a nice kick to the face.



but don't stop there



kick him again for ... kicks


And always end with a cool bruce lee pose



Anyhow, now that you've seen all these different angles, and my model in action, and the skin, along with a super short story, maybe someone will post!!!

btw credits to sadner for the hair incase you didn't see above.

This model will not be released for The Specialists, I just wanted to see how it will look ingame.

Looks pretty tight, though i'm hoping the skin is still WIP.

And in my honest opinion, I think this model would work much better if you just skinned on a mouth, modelled mouths usually throw a model off. So if you don't intend to have a fully animated mouth, just skin the mouth on. It'll look much better.

Keep it up.

^hmm, well I'm usually lost without mouths modelled on, but I'll try that with my next model.

I was going to call the skin finished, but erm... what should I do to make it better? hehe

heh, joking, i have no idea how hard you worked on it but it looks really plain...the hair doesnt look skinned, as well as the flesh...

hum...post some renders so we can crit better..
also......i think it was too early to start skinning, at least the face, doesnt look too accurate shape wise, eyes especialy, which counts the most.

looks like you need to bring a lot of verticies forward so his face has more of a D shape instead of a > shape.

no he meant from top view it prolly looks like a "V" line of vertices, while it should look like half a circle

emm, no.. i just made the face's skinmap small, so that I can fit everything in a 512x512.

I suggest you make the eyes less "innocent"-looking. Make him more mad/evil-like, just like in the show!
