Kazu isn't even a official DBZ character, or at least I haven't ever heard of him, so I doubt its really important if he looks "correct" or not, imo he could look like that or like the model.

I think the drawings are pretty cool!

Kazu looks like Goku Jr all grown up (or Goku with a bandanna). I like the pose but he needs a neck.
