Ayo Lad's, I know this aint HL1 or ESF mapping but its DBZ. So I thought it be best I post it here Now I stumbled upon it on a CD. Hehe there were 2 versions of this on the CD Cel-Shaded and non. So I took a screenshot for fun see what ppl think. Ignore the crappy lighting did a quick compile. Look at the brush work etc :)

That's cool, good attention to detail.

One small crit is that the two shutters on the front of the house are classic window shutters, the 'hole' you currently have is a window, and the things either side are white wooden shutters.

Look behind the windows were are shutters, I may be dumb, but im not stupid :p, When you look throguh the class you can see the shutters, the inside has had the same ammount of detail as the outside. You can see a bit of it in the top Pic, if you look through the door.

Cheers lads

the cell shaded one is too cell shaded... it looks like Simpson's material.

What an intelligent statement...

On the cell shaded one, the grass isn't cel-shaded, also the only reason it looks crappy is because of the sky - everything's lit with a blue filter instead of a white one.

there are just 2 things wrong about the cell-shade one.
1) the wall is blue
2) i can see the brushes easely, so that's how you made it :p

Yeah the 'blue' effect is the light filtered through the placeholder 'sky' I think.

I think it would be nice if you put Roshi's deckchair on there somewhere :)

thanks, compliments are always welcome. Looks at a simpson's episode, then look at a budokai or something to do with dbz, there are different levels off cel shading, just like anything else. Simpson's is much more cartoony than dbz.
