well i made a kakashi model a while back now im skinning him(the best i can), well heres wat i got.

I think he looks awf.... I mean "AWESOME"! But if im sure, the hair should go more up.o_o

dont know the character, but he looks really up tight at the moment, he has no posture, or character to speak of.

here some update pics, all i did was start on the book, and made some poses renders





forgot to add more shadow to his face x.x, also need to darken the lines on his face. also fix acouple of things

My suggestion is to detail and fix up that zipper and add those shadows and such like you said but so far for a HL1 model version of Kakashi that looks pretty good.
