It has been suggested before as many will probly say below me. People say it will unbalance the game and over power Goku, so most disagree with it.
Uh, I dont think it will kill the game if it were in, it just needs to be worked in so people dont complain about it being unbalanced and all that.
EEA had a melee-charge technique that every character had, I think something like that should be added to ESF.
