so here i was, when I first attempted this **** at 250.

here I am nao, at 220 :]

this is more of a self progress check, don't give a **** if anyone replies.

i'm finally watching what i'm eating, dropped soda (drink it very occasionally), and slightly exercising. going to go into beast mode work out soon :]

(Seriously, keep up the good work, if you're working out right, you'll be ripped as **** when you drop the weight off from any muscle that's been building underneath it, protein's good ****, count that ****)

The biggest piece of advice to anybody is to drop that soda. Drop it from the Eiffeltower, I've been thin for as long as I can remember. Now I'm hooked on the sweet drug which is Coca-Cola..and I've never been as big as I am now. 8 kilos heavier.

I don't know about fun, but it's definitely one of the better cross-training workouts I've done. Heed this man's advice if you want to get into fantastic shape.
