I think the frames per second should be a bit higher, and instead lower the quality a bit. also the shot changes on the end are a bit annoying. for the rest I think you've done a pretty decent job at it. also like the 1px border around it, which just finishes the touch

Yeah, definitely increase the FPS and lower the size of the images. Other than that it's not bad.

Wow, even with a sped up FPS, it would still be ugly. The part where it flashes back and forth between his face/kneeling on the ground 5 times gave me a stroke.

I don't like it, it's too short, and you don't even really know what is going on.

Simmer down. No need to get biggotrus about forum ages lets all get along..

also about the main topic... I would add more animation frames, its just jerking around to much.. Or atleast do some ghosted transitions between them.

Image size smaller, maybe drop the quality a few bits. If you need to, make a special palette with it and use error diffusion. Somtimes that can lower the size abit more.
