Hey here's something Vegeta should have. You know how Goku, in esf 1.2.3 had the kaioken, Gohan had that shield and so on... Only thing Vegeta had was the ability to suacide only in Majin stage witch was pretty useless if someone saw you and kicked you. I think he (and other characters that used it in DBZ) should have the ability to shoot yellow attacks like he did in the Cell Saga when he got pissed on Cell that he killed Trunks. It isn't anything special but it would be nice to put this in esf 1.3

ECX is not ESF. Dont cinfuse them.

Answering the original question, don't you just have to replace the sound file for Vegeta's death? That's if you really wanted it ^^.

Replacing the sound file with a file which is generated silence would solve that.

IMO the taunts could be like Radio messages in CS, except only people near you hear them. You use different taunts in different situations.
