What mode are you running, OpenGL or Direct3D?

Also check to see if you need Driver Updates.

i have tried opnegl software and direct3d and how do i update the driver???
when i have software it's being some error to send a wrongrapport or not do u understand?

Anyway, to update your drivers we need to know what graphics card you have.

for us to know wat ati card u have we need to know the model number if u want to find out goto device manager and drop down the vidio card option it will (hopefully) tel u the full name
