is there a command or a way to give someone exp points on my server? i would really like to know . If you could help me i would really like that!

Theres no way to do that.

this is called powerlevel short pl. There isn't a command to control it, but u can do it by using Metamod's like amxx, but u have to know about hl-coding.

hmm.... i saw somehing on a server where as soon as you spawned you were able to transform.

That was most likely because everyone elses pl was high. The server takes everyones pl in the server and averages it. Once you die or if you join the server, your pl moves towards the server average pl.

I heard about an AMX plugin that allowed you to change your powerlevel. Try searching the forums and you may find something.
