is there a way to do a "Texture Co-ordinate" in 3dsMax????

That post was pretty hard to decipher but i think you're looking for a way to make max do what that milkshape tutorial does, right? Well the answer i'm going to give is quoted directly from the second sentence of that tutorial.

Well, if you're using 3DS Max then you'll want to use the plugin called Texporter - which you can get here. It comes with all the information you should need to be able to use it.
What you're given is called a UV layout, and it's exactly what that tutorial gives you if you use ms3d.
