is there a way to decompile a PK3 file in milkshape??

umm. no. you can "decompile" .pk3's with winzip or rar or ect...
its just a different version of a zip designed for qIII ^_^
so just go on "open with" and use winzip

yeah he pretty much summed it up, however, i dont reccomend converting quake models, they start out in some messed up positions and they are in 3 seperate files, its not as easy as decompiling a HL model

I did manage to convert a krillian Q3 model but it got deleted sadly, it took me 2 days to get it converted....
