Is paint allowed?

As everyone know there is a program called ms.paint in everyone's computer. Are pictures drawn using ms.paint allowed to be posted here?

For making image's though I'd reccomend photoshop, ore if your going for characters, even illustrator.

I just want to draw some simple pictures so if it is allowed, well I can share it with everyone here. So, my permission granted? Course I want to draw some Goku pictures using ms.paint.
