Is it possible to hook two HUBS / routers together?

I have like, 2 (4) person hubs, for lan parties. I have 5 people that will be at my house. Is it possible to hook two of them up together?

Once when I had a lan party ovr at my place I had 3 people around. My brother at the time was using two hubs. We put one in my room and anthoer one in his room. We hooked 3 or 4 pcs down here into the hub and also pluggd in the cable (don't remember if it was crossover or not). It was hooked in to a hub on my brother's end aswell, so it is possible.
