What about a Instant Transmission Kamehameha attack for goku? It's never been done before

The attack is too imbalanced to actually implement into a game

Goku while in SSJ form can teleport while charging an attack.

yeah well .... being able to teleport while charging IS instant transmission in all purposes of the art .... and goku IS the only one able to do it.

don't push ur luck for something more than that .... that's already pretty imba as it is.
