Install problems

Hi i have jus downloaded the lastest version of ESP and i am havin a problem installing the cilent, after agree to the terms and conditions it comes up with the location of where the cilent will be installed and has the button "back" "install" and "cancel" only thing is the install button is blockled out and i cannot proceed any further.
Any ideas guys??
