Rules are simple;
Post the first defining word, or few words of a joke or catch phrase from a movie or a game or a book or whatever that would be considered an insider joke (of varying difficulty depending on how much of a prick you feel like being) and watch the forum rack their little brain trying to figure out what the ending to it is.
The person who posts the joke or catch phrase must answer when somebody has guessed correctly notifying them of such and handing the right of posting a joke or catch phrase over to them. If nobody guesses correctly within 15 posts the original poster should post the correct answer and declare himself awesome above all who failed his task and post another joke or catch phrase.
For now just keep it simple since we don't want one person ruling forever.
Example of the layout;

Wheres_: "Poor lazlo...
Random: ...He was the finest mind of his generation."

Wheres_: "We can't stop now...
Random: ...this is bat country!"

This could be really fun or fail terribly depending on the people playing and the effort put in. Let's see what happens anyway I'll start with something really easy...
