I'm Retarded and do not know how to make a sig!

OK someone please tell me how to make a sig so I'm not considered handicapped in the forums I have an idea for one too.

I garuntee that when i see how to do it i will feel very very retarded...

Well to make a signature, you need to have a program to do so. I use Photoshop 7. This is basically all you really need as you make the image in that forum.
