in my opinion, it would take a REALLY lonely and deprived person to take a model and claim he made it, i mean what loser really cares about what people in forums think of him enough to steal so somebody will say hey thats nice lookin, so i think his life is a proper punishment

Yes, it does seam to be the same model. When I first looked at the model I even thought wtf this guy saying its gohan. Looks nothing like him. Seeing your trying to pass off work that others have done as your own your getting a warning. X, sorz but your a bit over reacting.
