Apparently, I must be a moron, because I don't even know if this score is good or not. Can anyone tell me exactly how this works?

The validity of properly delivered IQ tests comes into question quite often, I can only imagine how accurate online ones are.

Oh, wow, so different IQ tests will deliver different results? That sounds retarded. And not very accurate =/

I wouldn't trust online IQ tests. I purposely got the questions wrong on one and managed to get an IQ of 115.

Indeed. The validity of even professional IQ tests is questionable.

if anyone thinks these are a proper way to measure ones intellect, you should round your answer down by ten for a more true score

Eh, this was the first "IQ test" i have taken, i just didn't know what any of it meant, or even that it was legit for that matter. Ah well. No biggie.

The max value is 160. Madman hax0red it once by changing the number in URL after I beat him in IQ test. I can see that others are also doing the same.

I've taken various online IQ tests over the years, scoring anywhere from 120-135. I don't think they're very reliable. Most want you to purchase a "full intelligence profile". Some even require this purchase before you can receive your score, which says a lot about these sites. It's easy money.

If you want to know your IQ, take a standardized test written by credible professionals. I believe that's the only reliable system.

Take the MENSA challenge. It's about as accurate as an IQ test gets.

Which is why Psychology has lost prestige over the years. Some douchebag that thought slapping decades of research on the internet for ten bucks was a good idea, managed to oversee the greater consequences in his actions. Primarily, people have lost interest in the validity of IQ tests and catalog everything as fake or phony.

One word of advice, everything you find on the net, be it IQ or "whats your social personality" facebook tests are all horribly inaccurate and summarized.
The real tests take 2-3 hours to do, usually in conjunction with a neurologist, and are only recommended for people who suffer some kind of pathology. I myself had it applied for ADD, and thank God it turned out negative.
