I need someone to help me skin

Anyone would wanna help me with my goku armor skin? i'm reskinning shady-d's goku model with permission. And some hepl to convert it to pk3. cuz my rar doesn't support pk3. converting.

Thats not my model, thats NeD's, the ssj3 is mine
neways, you havent reskinned it yet have you?
open a random folder and do this:
Extra > Mapoptions > tab: Display > tick off: Hide known extensions
and rename your .rar to a .pk3

.pk3 is the same as .zip not .rar if I remember correctly.
so just rename a .zip file to .pk3

did that but doesn't appear in the character selection. cmon anybody can help?
