i dont need to buy it
and i dont need to use
milkshape3d
to get the mdl in the ''program''

dont say milkshape3d or gmax..

you would be very nice to me.. if someone dont answear i think this is my end of making models

BAH! like i told you in your other 'what model program i need" thread, THERE IS <b><u>NO</b></u> MODELING PROGRAM THAT CAN OPEN .MDL FILES DIRECTLY !!!!!!

DECOMPILE THE MODEL WITH MILKSHAPE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! (tools -> half-life -> decompile normal hl model) AND LOAD THE SMD FILES INTO MILKSHAPE

Actually if you download the halflife model viewer you can open .mdl to edit skins and check out a new model you downloaded but you wont be able to edit the actual model with it.
