i need help learning how to model

ok i really really want to model. im trying a krillin model first. i got refs from darksun. i started out i got the shape of the head right but when i reder it it has faces missing. what am i doing wrong? please help!

oke look first of all HOW did u start polly by polly or with just simple premade shapes ?

i start with polly by polly. i dont like to use the pre made shapes.

well i think that they are all backfaced

i dont know. like i said im doing a krillin i got the torso done and it looks fine. im dong the legs now and there arent going so great. but when im done with the legs and arms i will post it. it will be known as the head-less krillin. for now.
