my esf runs slow on my windows vista home basic

my proccesor is an intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 540 @1.86GHz 1.86 GHz

my memory (RAM): is 1.00 GB

system type: 32-bit Operating System

When i play the game it freezes and the sounds plays over again
also my video card is a mobile intel 965 chipset family.
Is video card is the same as graphic card

Well, we need more information. First, what kind of graphics card does it have? Second, a huge issue here is that if you're actually running vista and not XP), most of your RAM and (assuming it's not a dual core) CPU are going to simply running windows. Despite what any system requirements say, 1 GB of ram is nowhere near enough to run vista. Personally, I've got 3 gigs. SO try to tell us more about hwta you mean, and define "slow". Does that mean low FPS, input lag, etc?
