I can't taunt

I have the ECX addon and the big pack for characters. but for some reason I have no taunts. I tried, " Bind K taunt" nothing happened when i pressed k. and there is no taunt option when i go to options>keyboard. Can someone please help?

If I'm not mistaken, some characters of the ECX addon don't have a taunt ability/animation.. But I'm not sure if that's the problem
