I cant start the game help!

i installed evrything i have all set with steam on half life 2 and when i click on servers or icon on desktop it just sends me to the option in steam "browse game"

what am i sposed to do??

Register your cd key via steam. Bottom left corner on that menu i believe.

did u just say with half life 2? or was that just me reading it wrong? if it isnt, make sure you have half life 1 since esf is not compatible with half life 2
