I cant go on EVOLUTION SERVER x1, x2 ,x3 what is wrong

Do you get some kind of an error message? You probably don't have EVM installed, check the game mode of the server and try joining one that doesn't say EVM.

Jea the evolution servers are runing EVM.

Also dont ask about EVM on theese boards since you wont find anything out.
