I can't create my own server anymore

Just about 5 hours ago i was playing normaly i could make my own server and play lan against bots now when i tried to connect it says you have been banned from this server. I haven't done anything???!!!! Whats wrong???? I cant even make a lan game against bots !!!!
Oh yeah and btw my vac status it says : in good standing so it must be a ESF BUG.

EDIT: I can join other servers but i CANNOT create my own than i get this message you have been banned from this server.

make shure that your banned.cfg (if it exists) is empty. If that is false, then you have cheated and VAC is turned on.

Ok i found it and opened it and deleted what was written

Thx it works again now i can create my server.

Btw i wonder why i was banned lol
