You can ***** all you want dude, but it's obviously not a rule created by the administration team at ESF but by the guy who owns the space where this forum sits. Unless you're willing to front the hosting costs, I'd suggest you at least try and be mature about it.
No, I'm not being some immature little kid. I'm being dead serious, close and delete this thread. I forgot who, I want to say skizzer but I could be wrong, but he said he didn't want any discussion about it because where the server is located (germany I believe), marijuana is illegal there, therefore, any discussion should be closed and deleted so no problems arise (i.e. ESF gets shut down). It isn't a matter of whether the host likes the topic of marijuana or not, he's just looking out for the safety. Everything I said, up until the last line, was being serious. The last line was to indicate how dumb it is though, in my opinion.
If this thread doesn't get closed or deleted, that's playing favorites, which is bull****, because why can this thread speak of marijuana, but the thread I / others created can't?
But then again, he is the host so hell, he can make porn available on here and there's nothing we can do / say about it, which shows a faulty administration. which is super lame :|
It's not illegal to talk about marijuana, however, it's illegal to distribute and talk about where you can get it, none of which was going on, which makes this whole thing ridiculous.
however, if you can prove how discussing a legal law passed in the state of california can get you in trouble in Germany, I'll gladly shove my foot right in my mouth. If not, the rules to the forum aren't by logical justification, but by "BECAUSE I SAID SO."
