Huge bug regarding spectator mode

I'm not sure if this always happens but yesterday I was spectating and whenever I would start spectating someone he'd get stuck in mid air. At first I thought it was just a freak occurance but after a while I noticed that they really got stuck as soon as I started spectating them and stopped being stuck when I switched to a new person, who in turn would get stuck.

Anyone else noticed this?

This has happened to one of my friends, but I was never able to reproduce this bug. It seems to happen fairly randomly.

Happened to me too, it seemed like someone used the pause command. It couldn't have been that, becuase when I rejoined it was fine again.
