It's entirely likely that they weren't working/were switched off at the time the video was made.

Cause the HUD is like the rest of the game. Work In Progress and thus has BUGS every now and then.

Seriously though. Why wait a month before posting that especially since the missing heads in the HUD were shown lots of times already.
