Dreamweaver and a free prog called TEXTPAD will get the job done. Textpad has customizable syntax color coded dictionaries, the ability to open search and edit multiple files at once, and has a pretty extensive set of html commands that can be imported from a list with a single click (also customizable).

EDIT: I don't use Dreamweaver or any WYSIWYG progs, but I use textpad all the time and it's the balls.

I use HTML-Kit whenver I need to do HTML work. It's quite nifty.

However, if TEXTPAD is the balls, I'd have to say HTML-Kit can't compete O:

Well I specialize in PHP, not HTML. But for HTML use a mix of DreamWeaverMX and NotePad, ofcourse if you need any help you can goto www.draac.com for the best HTML tutorials.
