i'm interested in creating some skins for ESF. i've got a lot of experience in photoshop so i'm sure i can manage creating something decent. can anyone direct me to some programs/sites that i'll be needing? (ex. model viewers)

Well you have to really get to know modeling first you will want to download milkshape and try it in there first,

I would say HL model viewer, much easier if you only want the skinning part ofcourse.

thx for the replies!

since milkshape is shareware, i'll have to settle for the HL model viewer. can someone direct me to where i can find this program?

Hey is it possible to skin the model in MilkShape? And how do I get it in .mdl format?

tony u can apply the skin in milkshape but u can't make the actual skin in milkshape. You need a paint program. and to make a .mdl file u have to compile the model which u can do in milkshape.
