So I searched Google for ways to upload to YouTube in high quality, and there are a bunch of different guides that say a bunch of different things. I was wondering if anyone knew a fool proof way to upload to youtube in HQ? I use sony vegas 9 if that helps any.

Not sure if this helps, but the last time I uploaded a high quality video it automatic turned from bad quality to HQ/HD quality in time.

I know that you can add "&fmt=18" to the link to make the video HQ but there won't be a big difference in video quality, just the sound will be more clear.
