How to set up a private server?

Greetings fellas,

I need help setting up a private server with ESF
I have the RCX2 + bigpack installed on the 1.2.3 version of ESF,
I would want to ask for the specific ports and commands i would be able to need while doing this.
Also i tought the Half life 1 dedicated tool would help
but as you cannot select mods for the game part i didnt used it, it crossed my mind trying it with half life 1 set to game and then running ESF but i havent tried it yet as of now i would want to ask you guys for your help

A little more specific please as in the exact port numbers to be able to play ESF
instead of just the site.

ESF = Half Life engine. Same ports, same net protocols.

This is rather ackward on the portforwarding site
there are multiple Half-Life 1 port numbers as the following:
Half Life 6003, 7002, 27010, 27015, 27025
Half Life Steam 27020-27039 1200, 27000-27015
Half Life Steam Server 27015, 27020

Im not good with this help please.
which one do i need ?

I believe these are the ones you need open:
TCP: 27000-27015 and 27020-27039
UDP: 1200
