How to Reduce CPU and GPU Consumption While Gaming?

Hello friends I am new to this forum and this is my first post. I am asking you for some gaming suggestions. Because my computer is a gaming PC. The latest games I am playing there. So, at this point, lots of CPU and GPU resources are being used during playing the game. I want to know how to use it as little as possible. Guys, I have no idea what's going on. What exactly is the power-saving mode? Is it possible for me to fix the problem using this method? But it would be very useful if you suggested some more ways.

So, guys. I fixed the problem maximum after following the tricks mentioned in this article, found after searching on Google today. I just turned off all the unnecessary background processes.
