You will need Worldcraft or a similar mapping program to make the maps. I strongly suggest getting Zoner's HL tools and his compilers and the front end for them. This one comes up enough. It HAS a tutorial in it cause the site wasn't there then. Before compiling upgrade back to 3.3 or higher. In my opinion it was a mistake to get the tutorial outta the new ones.
