Heh, ever since I broke my shoulder, I've almost lose all my muscle in my arm. I'm 14, and I can only do about 20 with 10 reps before i get tired D:

Yeah I used to work out with my uncle and I'd prolly start out with like 10 reps of 40 or so... But in one rep i could only do bout 100. Maybe like 90 or something but that was a few months ago..

Last time I checked I was in high school and did around... 180 I think. This was when I weighed around 130. Now I'm considerabily heavier(170) but not taller or fatter so I assume it's muscle though I haven't done lifting lately.

5'11, 150 pounds.

Max bench is 175. I normally warm up with 2 sets of 8 reps of 135. Then I finish up with 2 sets of 155 (8 reps).

However, I'm sure my max bench has dropped dramatically. I tore a muscle in my forearm at work in the summer, and I havn't been to the gym in literally over 2 months.

i dunno ive never used weights...

i weigh 85kg, and i train with a 45kg backpack, which includes running 3 miles, doing 50 pushups and 20 pullups.

in lbs.

i weigh 187lbs, and the backpack weighs 100lbs.

the most horrible thing, is that the marines train with a 10kg heavier bag, over longer distance/more reps ;_;

I can't do pull ups, I'm heavy.

I'm 19 and 264 pounds. (quite agile knowing my heavy build)

I don't know how much I can bench press, don't care about it, but I can do push ups, I usually did 100 a day, should do that again.

And besides, I rather be able to do bench press 175 pounds and doing them 20 times then 300 pounds, and be worn out for the rest of the day. ;)

17, 217, 5'7", can bench... upwards of 120...

I seriously need to go to a gym with some REAL weight sets...

I have a crappy Heinmen gym... The entire system is poorly constructed (assembled by my legally blind step father), and doesn't really have much in the way of weights... Like, all of the weights that come with it put together = 121 lbs for benching...
