Wait he just said Steam Down.....

Steam Down is a program made by a guy named Hellboss that works to download all half life 2 and 1 games for free. Don't expect to play ESF online on Steam Down unless there is "Fixed" servers for it or if you have a legit HL1 account that let's you play on VAC2 servers. Just pick up hl1 or 2 from the store god...

My Solution: Had to block the steam content server temorarily using my firewall.

I only have trend micro as a firewall

I blocked the following Ip Range:
203.26.94.0 - 203.26.94.255

I dont seem to be able to block ip's..... also I have tried loading safe mode with networking but I cannot connect to the net when I do. So my update is still currently stuck on 40%
