How do you make voting threads?

i'd like to know how to make votings in my threads...

It's simple man.

1 Make a new thread
2 look at the bottom of where you're typing your post
3 Type in your question
4 Type in an answer, then add
5 Type in another then add

(dont know exactly button names but it should be like that)
