How do you go Super sayian

i need help going Super Sayian because it wont work for me, some one help me plz!!

You must fight enough to get your PL high enough to ascend to super saiyan. different characters have different PL's they must reach. You can check if you are able to become super saiyan by looking at the little bar that says CF right next to your current attack. When that fills all the way up, you push Z to ascent to Super Saiyanism. Some characters are also able to go back to normal too by pushing X

One's able to Decend:
-Goku
-Gohan
-Frieza
-Vageta
-Piccolo
-Trunks

One's not able to Decend:
-Buu
-Krillin
-Cell
