How do you fix when your .dll differs?

what version of esf are you running , get patches 1.2.1 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 and install them in ascending order , run hl once before installing 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 or just get the full installer for ethier of them and run hl once before you run the installer

I have got the same problem, which stop me from playing online, I only have a CS1.5 where did I get HL.exe? and I downloaded esf 1.23 full install, it is the latest version right?
