How Do You "Begin" Mapping

Ok, I open worldcraft and then I'm lost. Haha I have no idea what to do, can anyone help me? All this stuff about configurating it comes up, and I have absolutely no idea what to do. So if anyone could help me on how to get started it would be great. Thanks.

Well, first read the FAQ in the sticky at the top of the board, it helps alot. After that if your still stuck (like me) i suppose just ask for help. But that tutorial up there is really useful. Epidemic, you created it right? >_< (hopes i'm right)

Well you can press F1 and it will open the WorldCraft help file, then look at the setup guide. That should help a little, but a setup tutorial especially for ESF would help more.
You can't make anything until you set up what mod you're making the game for, where the compile tools are, etc.

Look around the forum. Many threads contain tutorials.
