You first need to make a skinmap from your model, then you can skin it with photoshop or something... For tuts check the stikies..

u make a skinmap.. or have someone do it for joo
then u open up the .bmp and make ur skin in rgb mode.. when ur done skinning.. put it back at indexed mode
