How do I edit a model.

I need to know what program I can use to edit a model. I've tried Milkshape but can't get it to work. Can somone please help me?

milkshape works, you just have to decompile the mdl file, you can do that thru the tools menu, and then import the .smd of the model, make sure the one you import is the one with the model name (eg goku.smd)
