How do I ban people from my server?

Sometimes someone comes in with a hack that makes everyone stuck so he can kill them all. What do I press to ban people so I can get rid of trouble makers like that? And what are all the other commands available?

i think its sv_ban (name) (# of min) if ur using ur basic thing with out amx and what not

 

[Fire Phoenix]

banid (number of minutes) (name/steamid) Kick

or if you just wanna kick someone it's

kick (username)
